No, Design services are free for Rooms that are part of the order und the order value in above `500,000/
Can I make changes to the first design presented to me?
Yes you can 🙂 We believe your home should be Inspired by You and therefore perfect for you and your design team is happy to make relevant changes to the design based on written feedback change request form. We do not limit you to the number of design iterations, however, before any iterations on the first design. the next stage of payment will be triggered, ie. 15% of order value. Post this payment you con keep making further iterations till you are satisfied.
What If I don't like the first design presented to me?
Although our team takes great care to understand you & craft a designer home specific to your tastes, if by any chance you are unhappy with the design presented, our team will re-work on all the designs after a further consult and then call you for a revised design presentation.
TIme frame of delivery
Your dream home is delivered within 45 days of design approval and payment confirmation. This period covers procurement, production, quality checks, and professional installation. While we prioritize on-time delivery, any unforeseen delays are communicated transparently as we work to complete your home at the earliest—without compromising on quality.
